A dialog box for pairing pops up on the wrong phone
  • This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your device.
  • The status of your watch/band (including how it is being held, worn, or placed on the table), or the proximity with the phone, may affect the signal obtained by your watch/band and the sensitivity of your phone. If the signal is strong, the dialog box will pop up on other phones that you are not trying to connect your watch/band to.
  • Hold the phone and watch/band in your hands, don't grip them too tightly, otherwise it will cause signal interference and could cause the connection to fail.
