When I connect my HUAWEI phone to a HUAWEI laptop via USB cable, no Multi-Screen Collaboration pop-up appears |
- This feature requires the support from both the phone and laptop. For the supported device model, refer to Smart Office Support Models. If both of your devices support this feature, go to the next step.
- Reconnect your devices by referring to Multi-Screen Collaboration Between Your Phone and Laptop.
- Replace the data cable with the one that comes with your device, select another computer port, and try again.
- Make sure that neither your computer nor phone is connected to any other devices. To check, follow the steps below:
- On your laptop, double-click
in the lower right corner of the screen, open PC Manager, and check whether the home screen shows that the laptop has been connected to another device. If so, disconnect the laptop from that device, remove the USB cable, and try again.
- On your phone, swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel, and check whether there is a notification indicating that the phone has been connected to another device. If so, disconnect the phone from that device, remove the USB cable, and try again using the file transfer option.
- On your laptop, double-click
