Wearing the band

To make sure that workout data monitoring, sleep tracking and heart rate monitoring work properly, make sure you are wearing your band correctly as shown in the following figure.

We recommend you wear your band tightly so it won't fall off during workouts and can provide more accurate heart rate readings.

Your band comes in multiple strap styles, each of which is worn differently:

  • Fluoroelastomer/Leather strap: To wear the strap, insert the strap sideways through the U-shaped buckle and then fasten it.
  • Metal strap: To wear the metal strap featuring a butterfly clasp, simultaneously press either side of the buckle towards the middle.

 
  • It is recommended that you wear the fluoroelastomer strap during exercise.
  • Be sure to wear your band properly to maximize comfort.
  • Your band is made of materials that are safe to use. If you experience skin discomfort when wearing the device, take it off and consult a doctor.
  • Keep the band and your skin dry and clean to prevent any damage caused by moisture.
