To perform a stress test, open the Health app, touch Devices then your device name, go to Health monitoring > Automatic stress test, and enable Automatic stress test.

To view stress data, enter the app list on the device and touch Stress to view your stress level and percentages of time spent at different stress levels.

The automatic stress test feature is disabled during a workout.
