Applying for and giving rewards

Applying for rewards on the kids watch

  1. Swipe on the home screen of the kids watch and go to Reward > Apply Reward. The corresponding admin will receive an application in the HUAWEI FamCare app.
  2. After the kids watch receives a task, your child can touch Get likes to enter the task screen, select the completed task, and touch Send to apply for a reward from the admin.

  3. Touch Redeem after your child has completed the task.
  4. Swipe down on the reward screen to view items under Ready to redeem and Reward history.

Giving rewards

  1. (Admin) Open the HUAWEI FamCare app, touch in the upper right corner on the home screen, and go to Reward > New reward.
  2. Enter your child's wish and set the number of likes your child wants to receive. Touch to display the task list or touch Add task to add a task, touch the check icon in the upper right corner of a task, and then touch Save to finish configuring the task settings.
  3. Touch the red heart icon next to the task to give a like to your child. After your child has completed a task, touch Later or Redeem now to send a message to the kids watch.
  4. Touch in the upper right corner to view Rewards records.
