Viewing data on the kids watch

Swipe on the home screen of the kids watch and touch Activity records to view the child's step count, activity amount, and step count rankings of the current day.

To disable viewing step count rankings on the kids watch, open the HUAWEI FamCare app, touch in the upper corner of the home screen, go to Health > Join leaderboard, and disable the feature.

Viewing data in the HUAWEI FamCare app

Open the HUAWEI FamCare app, touch in the upper right corner of the home screen, and touch Health to view the child's workout data such as the step count, moderate to high intensity activity, and workout records.

Step count
  1. Go to Steps > Like to give a like to the child.
  2. Touch the Settings icon in the upper right corner, touch Goal, and drag the step count bar to set a daily goal for the child.

  • The step count goal can only be set using the HUAWEI FamCare app on your phone and cannot be set on the watch. If an admin modifies the step count goal in the HUAWEI FamCare app, other admins will receive a notification in the app.
  • Only the step count of the current day can be viewed on the kids watch. Detailed step count data needs to be viewed in the HUAWEI FamCare app.
  • The step count on the kids watch is cleared at 00:00 every day.
  • When the kids watch is connected to the Internet, it will upload step count data to the cloud approximately every one hour. The HUAWEI FamCare app will then obtain and sync the data.
  • Refreshing step count data in the HUAWEI FamCare app varies depending on the network condition. You can open the HUAWEI FamCare app, enter the Steps screen, and touch Refresh to manually refresh the step count. You can also open the HUAWEI FamCare app and swipe down on the Health screen to manually refresh the step count.

Activity amount

Touch Moderate to high intensity to view the child's activity duration on the current day and accumulated activity duration and average activity duration in a week.

The kids watch can automatically identify moderate to high intensity activities and record the activity durations. To enhance physical fitness, it is recommended that children and adolescents do at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day, such as walking, running, rope jumping, and swimming.
