An admin can set a safe zone for the kids watch to receive notifications in the HUAWEI FamCare app when the watch enters or exits the safe zone.

1. Open the HUAWEI FamCare app, touch in the upper right corner of the home screen, and go to Safe Zones > Add.
2. Touch Address to enter the screen for editing the name and address.
3. Touch the text box on the right of Name and enter the name of a safe zone.
4. Touch the text box on the right of Address and then enter an address to search for the center of a safe zone or drag the map to select the center of a safe zone.
5. Under the map, touch or drag the coordinates to set the safe zone and touch in the upper right corner to save the settings.
6. Touch Repeat to select a notification period, touch OK, and touch in the upper right corner to save the settings.
7. After the settings take effect, the HUAWEI FamCare app will display a message when your child has arrived at or left the safe zone. This message will not be displayed on the kids watch.

 

• A maximum of seven safe zones (including the default home and school) can be set for your child.
• A safe zone is a circular area with a radius of 300 to 1000 meters and is not a specific location. The radius can be set as required but irregular areas are not supported.
• After Safe Zones is enabled, the kids watch will be located periodically, which will increase power consumption. Safe Zones will be unavailable when the watch enters Power Saving mode.
