  1. Delete the local data from the kids watch.

    Press the Home button when on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the app list, go to Settings > Advanced settings > Clear app data, and touch Clear data. This operation will clear messages, chat records, call logs, content in Gallery from the kids watch, but will not clear its contacts or settings such as Class time mode, alarm clocks, and safe zones.

You will need to enter the password to access advanced settings. After the kids watch is linked for the first time, a four-digit password will be randomly generated. You can view and change it by going to > Settings > Password protected advanced settings in the HUAWEI FamCare app.
