Problem
The screen displays a message indicating that charging is abnormal when the Huawei kids watch is being charged, as shown in the following figures.
Cause
This may occur when a non-standard charger or charging cable is used to charge your watch, or may appear if your watch is not in proper contact with the charger.
Solution
To resolve the issue, perform the following steps:
1. Check whether the charger is 5 V/2 A, whether it is in good condition, and whether it can be used to charge other devices.
2. If you have connected the charging cable to the charger using a non-standard USB cable, replace the USB cable with a standard one and try again.
3. Make sure that your watch is in proper contact with the charging cable. When the screen displays a blue lightning icon, it indicates that your device is being charged.
