Configuring and using HUAWEI Eyewear series device

Connect your Eyewear

1. Set the glasses to enter Pairing mode (for details, see Table 1).
2. On your phone/tablet, go to Settings > Bluetooth and touch the name of the glasses in the device list to pair and connect the glasses.

   HUAWEI Eyewear 2	While the eyewear is being charged, press and hold the button on the charging converter for 4 seconds and then release. Wait for the indicators on the arms to flash white, which indicates that the eyewear has entered Pairing mode. Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, and search for and connect to the eyewear.
   HUAWEI Eyewear	Connect the arm tips to the two ends of the charging converter respectively, connect the other end of the charging converter to the Type-C charging cable, and then connect the charging converter to a power supply. After the indicator lights up, press and hold the Function button for three seconds to turn off the indicator. The charging converter indicator will then flash white.
   HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear series glasses	The case of the HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear II must be connected to a power supply before pairing and connecting. Place the glasses in the case, keep the case open, then press and hold the Function button for 3–6 seconds until the indicator inside the case flashes white.

Use the glasses to listen to and control audio

For details about the default shortcuts of the glasses, see Table 2 and Table 3. You can set more control functions (including going to the previous or next song and waking up the voice assistant) in the following ways:

• Phones/tablets: On phones/tablets running EMUI 11.0/HarmonyOS 2.0 or later, go to Settings > Bluetooth, touch the icon on the right of the glasses' Bluetooth name, and select Shortcuts or Gestures.
• The AI Life app: Touch the card of the glasses, touch Gestures, and configure the settings.

Skip tracks	HUAWEI Eyewear series device: Open the AI Life app, touch Gestures, and then Swipe, and select Next/Previous song. HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear II: Swipe forward along the right arm to play the next song and swipe backward along the right arm to play the previous song.
Adjust the volume	HUAWEI Eyewear series device: Swipe along either arm to adjust the volume. To raise the volume, swipe forward. To lower the volume, swipe backward. HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear II: Swipe forward along the left arm to increase the volume and swipe backward along the arm to decrease the volume. HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear allows you to wake up the voice assistant on your phone, and to switch songs or adjust the volume by tapping the left arm twice.

Use the glasses to make calls or receive messages
