[Huawei] KidWatch heats up when charged |
Problem
When the KidWatch is charged, the rear cover (which is in contact with the charging cradle) of the watch gets overheated.
Solution
- The KidWatch supports fast charging, which requires a large current. It is normal for the watch to heat up slightly while it is being charged.
- The product's charging capabilities have been subject to stringent Huawei lab tests. You can rest assured that there is no risk or danger.
- It is recommended that you remove your watch from the charging cradle and wear it after it has cooled down.
Maintain a safe charging environment. Clean the rear cover of the charging cradle regularly with a soft cotton cloth, to remove foreign objects or metal scraps from the surface.
