The volume of my earphones is low after my watch has connected to my Bluetooth earphones

Cause

When third-party Bluetooth earphones are being adapted to your wearable device, the volume transmitted from the wearable device to the earphones is normal, but the processing policy of the earphones reduces the volume played via the earphones.

Solution

1. Adjust the volume on your phone and watch.
2. Restore factory settings for your earphones, pair your earphones with your watch, and try again.
3. Report your issue to the customer service of your earphone manufacturer.
