If the earphones are unable to be charged or charge slowly, perform the following steps.

Restore the earphones to their factory settings and update the firmware

Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds until the indicator flashes to restore the earphones to their factory settings. Then update the earphones' firmware to the latest version.

Replace the charging cable or power adapter

It's recommended that you use a 5 V/2 A or higher power adapter to charge the earphones for more than 15 minutes and then try again.

Check the ambient temperature

Charge the earphones in an environment with an ambient temperature ranging from 3°C to 45°C for safer charging. If the temperature is dramatically lower or higher than that range (below 0°C or over 47°C), you may find it difficult to charge the earphones.

Clean the charging port of the earphones

Check whether the charging port of the earphones has smudges or foreign objects. If so, remove them. Remove and reconnect the charging cable.

If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
