- Prepare: When you are ready to hit the ball, let your hands drop, keeping your palms in line with your chin. The handle and hands of the ball, cue are inside the left leg line, and the left arm and cue form a line. This position allows the swing track to form a wide oval, making a slightly upward stroke.
- Backswing: Slow and low up, with left arm pushing back the cue, and wrist not turning. As the cue is back up, arms and shoulders form a triangle, keeping this triangle still is critical, helping to create a slightly wider swing track and full swing. Twist the shoulders and hips during the upper rod.
- Preparation for hitting: A small pause is required when you finish the top and the cue reaches the top. This pause ensures a smooth swing without causing misoperations due to rapid changes in hands, arms and shoulders.
- Downswing: Keep the upper body as curved as far as possible when you lower the lever. The center of gravity shifts slightly to the front left foot, the upper body maintains the spine axis of rotation, the posture is squatting, using the body rotation to form a torsion. The right arm forms a letter shape, which causes the head to lag behind the hands as it descends, resulting in a fairly fast head speed when the head touches the ball. Release the cue through the batting point.
- Extension of action: When hitting the ball with considerable force, rapid movement, fast club speed, fully extended arms, full swing of the club. The head is still in the back position, with the chin facing the right shoulder to ensure that the club is swinging hard.
- Exercise completed: The perfect balance makes the movement very smooth when you close the pole.
When you turn on golf monitoring, make sure you hit the ball with real and effective shots.
