Unpairing the scale from your phone

For Android users:

Open the Huawei Health app, touch Devices, and touch the connected scale. Go to > Unpair device to unpair the scale from your phone.

For iOS users:

Open the Huawei Health app, touch Devices, find the connected scale, swipe left on the scale name, and touch Delete to unpair the scale from your phone.

Alternatively, you can log in to the Huawei Health app using your new HUAWEI ID and pair your phone with the scale again.
