How to unfreeze an account
  • On a device logged in to your account, go to HUAWEI ID > Account security > More > Security center > Freeze account > UNFREEZE, and follow the onscreen instructions.

    (If the account is not logged in, go to Help > Unfreeze account > UNFREEZE)

  • Also,you can visit the website(https://cloud.huawei.com/),go to Help > Unfreeze account > UNFREEZE,and follow the onscreen instructions.
