A message displays when my HUAWEI phone/tablet is charging, indicating that the battery health status has degraded

Problem

A pop-up displays in Optimizer/Tablet Manager indicating that the battery health status has degraded.

Cause

Battery capacity and health tend to gradually decrease over time. The new version provides a battery health check feature. When the system detects that the battery has aged, a pop-up will display.

Solution

1. Swipe left on the pop-up, and touch the delete icon to close the pop-up.

   

2. Battery capacity and health tend to gradually decrease over time. If this affects your usage experience, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
