To check whether your phone/tablet supports PrivateSpace, perform the following steps:

Please note that PrivateSpace is not supported in Sub-user/Guest mode or when Digital Balance is enabled (for kids/under a Child account). Please check this feature in MainSpace (owner) mode.

· Go to Settings > Privacy/Security & privacy, and check whether PrivateSpace is displayed. If so, this feature is supported.

· If not, the PrivateSpace entry may be hidden. You can go to Settings from MainSpace, search for and touch More settings, touch Show all settings, confirm the option, and go back to Settings <Privacy/Security & privacy to see whether PrivateSpace shows up. This feature is supported if it displays.

If Show all settings is not displayed in More settings, there's no hidden entry on your phone/tablet. This means that PrivateSpace is not supported on your device.
