Problem
After the user sets a login password, the password is not required when the user accesses the system from Sleep mode by pressing the Power button.
Cause
This issue happens due to incorrect settings of the Windows 10 system options.
Solution
Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options > Require sign-in, and select When PC wakes up from sleep under If you've been away, when should Windows require you to sign in again?
