Problem 1:
The user cannot manually purchase a cloud storage plan when the linked bank card has been lost or has expired.
Solution:
- Go to Remove card. , touch the added bank card, touch the More icon in the upper right corner, and touch
- After removing the existing bank card, touch ADD again and follow the onscreen instructions to add a new bank card.
- Go to Buy.the user sign up subscription before 2019 required to cancel subscriptions first then remove bank card., , select the cloud storage plan you want to purchase, and touch
Problem 2:
The auto-renewal of the Cloud storage plan fails when the linked bank card has been lost or has expired.
Solution:
- Go to Remove card. , touch the added bank card, touch the More icon in the upper right corner, and touch
- After removing the existing bank card, touch ADD again and follow the onscreen instructions to add a new bank card.
- Go to Cancel subscription, select the cloud storage plan you want to purchase, and touch Buy. , touch
Problem 3:
The user is prompted that the cloud storage plan is not yet available when they go to
to buy a plan.Solution:
- Check whether you can purchase a cloud storage plan in the country or region where your HUAWEI ID is registered, as the service is only supported in some countries or regions outside the Chinese mainland.
- If your HUAWEI ID is registered in a country/region that supports the purchase of cloud storage plans, make sure the country/region is also the service country/region (you can check this by going to ).
