If no sound is heard on the kids watch during a call with another watch or a parent, perform operations based on the following scenarios.
Ensure that the watch's network is normal
Ensure that the network signal of the watch or the other party is good.
If the watch's network is abnormal, move to an area with a good signal such as an outdoor area or a balcony and then try again. If the issue persists, remove and re-insert the SIM card and then restart the watch.
If your phone's network is abnormal, wait until the network returns to normal and try again.
Adjust the call volume on the watch
On the call screen of the watch, touch the Speaker icon on the top of the screen, and then touch + or - to adjust the call volume.
If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
