Perform the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check the Internet connection
Open a browser on your Phone. If the browser does not load content or loads slowly, it means that the Wi-Fi connection may be weak or unstable. Try connecting via another Wi-Fi network or projecting again when the connection is better.
2. Keep your phone as close to the HUAWEI Vision as possible
Make sure that your phone is within 5 meters of your Vision, and that there are no obstacles that may obstruct the connection.
3. Change the file that you are playing
There may be an issue with the audio or video file. Switch to a lower-quality video or audio file to see whether the issue is resolved. Alternatively, update the app to the latest version and try projecting again. If the issue remains unresolved, report the issue to the app's customer service team.
4. Disable Wi-Fi scanning and Bluetooth scanning before initiating screen projection
If Wi-Fi scanning and Bluetooth scanning are enabled at the same time, they may be interference. When using Multi-screen, it is recommended that you disable these features via Settings on the phone.
Navigation services require Wi-Fi scanning. You can manually enable Wi-Fi scanning once you have finished projecting.
