The HUAWEI Vision cannot reconnect to a Bluetooth device

Solution

  1. On the HUAWEI Vision home screen, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Paired devices and check whether the Bluetooth device has been paired with the Vision. If the Bluetooth device cannot be found on the list, pair them first.
  2. Check whether the Bluetooth device supports automatic connections (refer to the device's user manual or test it with a phone). Then perform the following steps to troubleshoot:

    Bluetooth headset and speaker

    Power on the Bluetooth device. On the HUAWEI Vision home screen, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Paired devices, find the corresponding device name, and reconnect it to the Vision.

    Bluetooth mouse and keyboard

    Press any button on the Bluetooth mouse or keyboard to reconnect.

    The Bluetooth device supports automatic connections

    On the HUAWEI Vision home screen, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Paired devices and select the device to be connected. (The Bluetooth device must be in pairing mode. For details, see the device's user manual.)

  3. Restart the Bluetooth device and try again.
  4. Check whether the Bluetooth device has been connected to another phone or HUAWEI Vision. If so, disconnect it from the current device and check whether it can automatically connect to your HUAWEI Vision.
  5. If the issue persists, it is recommended that you unpair the Bluetooth device from the HUAWEI Vision and pair them again.
