Activating the eSIM service for the HUAWEI WATCH 3/HUAWEI WATCH 4 Series

Requirements

• Your SIM card must be the primary card (default card) in order for it to be enabled with the eSIM One Number service.
• The watch must be connected to your phone via Bluetooth and your phone must be able to access the Internet.
• The battery level of the watch is higher than 20%.
• If you are using an iPhone, connect the watch to a Wi-Fi network first.

Activation

1. Connect the watch to your phone using the Huawei Health app.
2. Go to the device details screen, go to eSIM management > One number, two devices > Activate or eSIM management > Standalone number > Activate, select the SIM card or carrier, and touch Continue.

   

3. 

   HUAWEI WATCH 3 Series: Follow the onscreen instructions to activate the service online or by scanning the QR code of your carrier. Enter the verification code sent by your carrier if necessary.

   HUAWEI WATCH 4 Series: Follow the onscreen instructions to activate the service by scanning the QR code of your carrier. Enter the verification code sent by your carrier if necessary.

4. The eSIM service will be automatically activated after the account information is downloaded and configured for the first time.
