Perform operations based on the following scenarios.
The watch is being used independently
It may be caused by an issue with the carrier's service. Please contact your carrier's customer service for assistance.
The watch is connected to a phone via Bluetooth
This issue is caused by your watch using Bluetooth to obtain your phone's number, which is not the primary number. In this case, insert the primary card into the phone and set it as the default card for dialing.
