Powering on

  • Press and hold the Up button.
  • Charge the device.

Powering off

  • Press and hold the Up button and then touch Power off.
  • Press the Up button to open the app list and then go to Settings > System & updates > Power off.
  • If the battery level is critically low, the device will vibrate and then automatically power off.

Restarting

  • Press and hold the Up button and then touch Restart.
  • Press the Up button to open the app list and then go to Settings > System & updates > Restart.

Force restarting

Press and hold the Up button for at least 12 seconds.

Restoring to factory settings

Method 1: Press the Up button on the watch to open the app list, go to Settings > System & updates > Reset, and follow the onscreen instructions to restore the device to its factory settings.

Method 2: Open the Health app, touch Devices and your device name, and then select Reset.

After you restore the device to its factory settings, the data of all the cards, system, and apps in your account and wallet will be removed from your device. Please exercise caution when performing this operation.

You can choose to retain the eSIM information before restoring the watch to its factory settings. If the eSIM information is retained, you can directly use it after pairing. If the eSIM information is not retained, you will need to contact your carrier to deregister from the eSIM service and activate it again.
