Smart Bar on my HUAWEI MateView monitor does not respond

Smart Bar on my HUAWEI MateView monitor does not respond |
Problem
When the user powers on their HUAWEI MateView monitor and touches the Smart Bar, it does not respond.
Cause
When the monitor is connected to a power supply, the Smart Bar will perform automatic detection and calibration to determine the benchmark capacitor. If external interference occurs, there is a low probability of detection and calibration failure, which will cause the Smart Bar to fail to respond to touches.
Solution
- Ensure that the triangle socket or plug for the monitor's power adapter is grounded. It is recommended that you use a triangle socket on the wall.
- Disconnect the HUAWEI MateView monitor's power adapter from the power supply and connect them again.
- If you are using the Smart Bar for the first time, it is recommended that you connect a USB mouse to the USB-A port on the side of the monitor, click OK on the navigation pane, enter the desktop, and check whether the Smart Bar can be used normally.
- If you are using the HUAWEI MateView wireless edition, update the monitor system version to 249 or later. For details, see Updating the monitor's system and driver (only on HSN-CBA monitors).
