Measuring the data of multiple users
 
  • The scale can only be paired with one phone at a time.
  • The user who configures a Wi-Fi for the scale is the scale's admin.

Using another phone to connect to your scale (HUAWEI Scale 3 and HUAWEI Scale 3 Pro only)

  1. Open the Huawei Health app, go to Devices > ADD > ADD > Scales, and select your scale's name to pair your scale with your phone via Bluetooth.
  2. After successful pairing, follow the onscreen instructions to apply to the admin for permissions. After the admin approves the application in the Huawei Health app, data will be synced to the connected phone via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
    • To start a measurement online using the Huawei Health app, open the app, touch the Weight management card on the Health screen, and touch Measure.
    • When starting an offline measurement, your scale will automatically identify the current user and intelligently push data to the Huawei Health app.
       
      • A scale can be paired with up to 10 phones, but it can be connected to only one phone at a time.
      • Only the connection via Bluetooth is supported for HUAWEI Scale 3 Bluetooth version.

Adding users in the Huawei Health app

This feature is only supported in areas where Huawei Cloud is available.

  1. Open the Huawei Health app, and touch the Weight management card.
  2. Touch Weight management in the upper left corner, go to Manage users > Add, follow the onscreen instructions to add users, and select in the upper right corner.
  3. To start an online measurement, open the Huawei Health app, touch the Weight management card, touch Weight management in the upper left corner, and then touch the user's nickname to start the measurement.
