Block emails
Web: Log in to your account, open the Inbox folder, open the email that you want to block, then go to from the upper right of the screen.
App: Log in to your account, open the Inbox folder, open the email that you want to block, then go to from the lower right of the screen.
- When you block an email:
1. If the email is sent by yourself or by a system account, the Block icon is not displayed on the page.
2. After you block an email, the email will be moved to the Spam folder. All subsequent emails from the sender of this blocked email will be directly sent to the Spam folder and will not be shown in the Inbox folder.
3. After you block an email, the sender of this email will be automatically added to the Blocklist. If the Blocklist is full, the spam email will be moved to the Spam folder, but the sender will not be added to the Blocklist.
Unblock emails
Web: Log in to your account, open the Spam folder, open the email that you want to unblock, then go to from the upper right of the screen.
App: Log in to your account, open the Spam folder, open the email that you want to unblock, then go to from the lower right of the screen.
- The Unblock button is only displayed when the sender of the email is on the Blocklist. Touching Unblock will only remove the sender from the Blocklist and emails in the Spam folder will remain there.
