Web: Open the Spam folder and select an email to delete it permanently. Alternatively, click Empty spam to clear all emails in the folder.

You can also access the Trash folder and select an email to delete it permanently. Alternatively, click Empty trash to clear all emails in the folder.

App: Open the Spam or Trash folder and select an email to delete it permanently. Alternatively, touch the clear icon in the upper right corner of the screen to clear or delete all emails in the folder.

Emails that have been stored in the Spam and Trash folders for more than 30 days will be automatically and permanently deleted.
