Add senders to the blocklist
Web: Go to Blocklist. Alternatively, log in to your account, open the Inbox folder, open an email sent by the sender that you want to add to the Blocklist, then go to from the upper right of the screen to block the email. The corresponding sender will then be automatically added to the Blocklist.
from the upper right of the screen, open the drop-down list, click the add icon (⊕), then enter the email address of the sender that you want to add to theApp: Log in to your account, open the Inbox folder, open an email sent by the sender that you want to add to the Blocklist, then go to from the lower right of the screen to block the email. The corresponding sender will then be automatically added to the Blocklist.
- A maximum of 500 senders can be added to the Blocklist. When the list is full, no additional senders can be added.
Remove senders from the blocklist
Web: Go to Blocklist. Alternatively, log in to your account, open the Spam folder, open the email that you want to unblock, and go to from the upper right of the screen. The sender of this email will then be automatically removed from the Blocklist.
from the upper right of the screen, open the drop-down list, then click the delete icon (×) to remove a sender from theApp: Touch the collapse icon in the upper left of the screen, touch Settings in the lower left corner, select the corresponding account, go to Blocklist, then touch the delete icon (×) next to the email address that you want to remove from the Blocklist. Alternatively, log in to your account, open the Spam folder, open the email that you want to unblock, and go to from the lower right of the screen. The sender of this email will then be automatically removed from the Blocklist.
