Log in to Petal Mail
Web: Visit the official Petal Mail website, then log in with your HUAWEI ID or your Petal Mail address and password. If you have logged in to your HUAWEI ID on a Huawei mobile device, you can go to on the device and scan the code to log in to your Petal Mail account.
App: Open the Petal Mail app, and select Log in with HUAWEI ID or Use another account to log in. You can log in to a maximum of 10 accounts at the same time in the Petal Mail app.
- When you use a HUAWEI ID to log in to Petal Mail:
If your HUAWEI ID has been registered with a Petal Mail address, it will be logged in directly.
If your HUAWEI ID has not been registered with a Petal Mail address, follow the onscreen instructions to set a Petal Mail address. (The Petal Mail address cannot be changed after being set.)
Log out of Petal Mail
Web: Visit the official Petal Mail website, click the profile picture in the upper right corner, and select Log out.
App: Open the sidebar, touch Log out in the lower left corner, select the account you want to delete, and touch Delete account. The local data on your current device will be cleared after the account is deleted.
