Register a Petal Mail account

Currently, Petal Mail accounts can be registered on the official Petal Mail website or in the Petal Mail app.

1. If you already have a HUAWEI ID

If you already have a HUAWEI ID, you can log in to your HUAWEI ID on the official Petal Mail website or in the Petal Mail app and follow the onscreen instructions to enable Petal Mail.

2. If you do not have a HUAWEI ID

If you do not have a HUAWEI ID, you can register a Petal Mail account on the official Petal Mail website or in the Petal Mail app. The newly registered Petal Mail address will be your HUAWEI ID. You can use this account name and its password to log in to Petal Mail and other Huawei platforms, such as HUAWEI Mobile Cloud.

1. If you use an existing HUAWEI ID to log in to the Petal Mail app and follow the instructions to enable Petal Mail, your Petal Mail address will be linked to the HUAWEI ID you logged in with after the service is enabled.

2. If you choose to register a new Petal Mail account, the Petal Mail address will be your HUAWEI ID, and this newly generated HUAWEI ID cannot be linked to your other HUAWEI IDs.
