- Check whether the account you entered is correct.
If you fail to log in to Petal Mail using your phone number, you may have used the security phone number. It is recommended that you use your Petal Mail address to log in again.
- Security phone number: The phone number that you have linked to your Petal Mail account during registration is the security phone number, which can only be used to reset the password and cannot be used to log in to your account.
- Check whether the password you entered is correct.
If you have forgotten your password, you can access the Forgot password screen via the login screen and fill in your Petal Mail address to quickly retrieve your password.
