Using locally-saved music in Petal Clip

On the Petal Clip editing screen, use the toolbar to navigate to Sound > Music > My music > On device and view the locally-saved music. Touch Use to add the music.

FAQs

Why is the list of locally-saved music incomplete?

1. VIP songs in the HUAWEI Music app won't be displayed for reasons related to copyright protection.
2. A music file will not be displayed if the file is too short to be scanned by the HUAWEI Music app. To troubleshoot:
   1. Open the HUAWEI Music app, go to Library > All Songs, touch the four-dot icon in the upper right corner, and go to Scan local songs > Start. Then, touch Adjust filter, set Filter songs by length to 0, return to the local music scanning screen, and touch Start.
   2. When the scan is complete, open Petal Clip again, go to the local music list, and touch Use.
