Connect to Mobile Data

Connect to a mobile network to enjoy smooth Internet access anytime and anywhere.

Enable Mobile Data

  1. Subscribe to mobile data services for your SIM card first.

  2. Connect to the mobile network using the following methods:

    • Swipe down from the upper right edge of the screen to display Control Panel, touch to expand the shortcut switches panel (depending on your device model), then enable Mobile data.

    • Go to Settings > Mobile network > Mobile data and enable Mobile data.

To save battery power and mobile data, disable the mobile data service when you don't need it.

Switch Between Dual SIMS

After inserting two SIM cards in your phone, you can use a shortcut switch to quickly switch between the two SIMs.

  1. Swipe down from the upper right edge of the screen to display Control Panel, touch to expand the shortcut switches panel (depending on your device model), then enable Mobile data.

  2. Touch the text under , select the target SIM in the displayed window, and touch OK.
