Feature description

• Surroundings mode: This feature utilizes Huawei proprietary technology to support higher audio bandwidth, with sampling rates of up to 48 kHz for high-fidelity voices.
• Voices mode: This feature is ideal for scenarios that demand higher quality voice recordings, such as live streams. It reduces the ambient sound, accentuates voices, and improves overall clarity.

Method

Via the Bluetooth settings screen (EMUI 11.0/HarmonyOS 2.0 or later): Connect your phone to the earphones via Bluetooth, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and touch the settings icon next to the name of the earphones. Go to Sound Quality > Record with earphones > Pickup mode, and select Voices or Surroundings.

Via the AI Life app: Touch the earphones card on the home screen, go to Sound Quality > Record with earphones > Pickup mode, and select Voices or Surroundings.

Supported models and apps

HD recordings and Voices mode are only supported on certain earphone models when used with certain phone models, phone system versions, and apps. Stay tuned on which dual channel transmission devices are supported in future versions.
