Problem
After right-clicking on the status bar to open Task Manager, the System Interrupt process causes the CPU scheduling to reach 100% and then automatically recover.
Cause
This is a default interruption process setting in the Microsoft system.
Solution
This is a normal occurrence, and does not affect system functions.
