Problem

The keyboard indicator does not flash, and the keyboard does not respond.

Cause

1. The keyboard has run out of battery and has powered off.
2. The keyboard is not paired with a computer via Bluetooth.
3. The keyboard is too far away from the computer.
4. The keyboard hardware is faulty.

Solution

1. Replace the battery.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button for 3s to initiate Bluetooth pairing.
3. To connect a Huawei wireless keyboard to a Windows 10 computer via Bluetooth, click the Start icon and then the Settings icon, go to Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, search for HUAWEI Keyboard CD33, and start pairing.

   After the keyboard initiates pairing, the following figure will be displayed on the HUAWEI MateStation X screen.

4. You are advised to place the keyboard close to the computer and then pair them.

Note: If your Huawei wireless keyboard is paired with a Huawei laptop or desktop computer (pre-installed with Huawei PC Manager), you can press F1 to decrease the screen brightness or F2 to increase the screen brightness in hotkey mode. This function is not supported if your Huawei wireless keyboard is paired with other brands of desktop computers. You can press the Fn key until its indicator turns on to enable the F1 to F12 function keys.

If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance. If your device is newly purchased, you can contact your reseller or seller directly.
