Opening the computer's Control Panel

Method 1: Enter "Control Panel" in the search box and open it.

Click the search icon on the taskbar, enter Control Panel in the search box, and open it.

Method 2: Choose Windows Tools from the app list.

  1. Click the Windows icon and then All apps.

  2. Choose Windows Tools from the app list.

  3. Double-click Control Panel in the Windows Tools window.

Method 3: Add the Control Panel icon to the desktop and open it.

  1. Press Win+I to open the Settings window and go to Personalization > Themes.

  2. Click Desktop icon settings.

  1. Select Control Panel and click OK. The Control Panel icon will then be displayed on the desktop.
