The warning code D6/D7/D8/D9/DA/DB is displayed when the printer is working properly

Description

The warning code D6/D7/D8/D9/DA/DB is displayed when the printer is working properly.

Cause

When the printer is working properly, it detects that the temperature of the fuser is abnormal.

Solution

1. Check whether the power supply of the printer is stable and whether the voltage is within the normal operating voltage range.
2. Disconnect the printer from the power supply, reconnect them, and power on the printer again.
3. Check whether there is a paper jam or foreign objects on the fuser of the printer.
4. Download Huawei Print from Huawei's official website to your PC or download the AI Life app on your phone, and follow the onscreen instructions to install the app.

   To connect the printer to your PC, select one of the following connection modes: hotspot connection, LAN connection, or USB connection. Go to Settings > Advanced > Reset fuser as shown in the following figures and restart the printer.

5. If the issue persists, take your printer and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance. If your printer is newly purchased, you can contact your reseller or seller directly.
