Setting background power consumption protection

  • Go to iManager > Autostart on your phone and turn on the switches for HMS Core and HUAWEI FamCare.
  • Go to Settings > Battery > High background power consumption on your phone and turn on the switches for HMS Core and HUAWEI FamCare.

Setting background cleanup protection

  1. Touch the recent tasks key () on your phone to display recent tasks.
  2. Touch in the upper right corner of the HUAWEI FamCare app and lock the app.
