Notifications
Go to Settings > Apps on your phone, select HUAWEI FamCare and HMS Core respectively, touch Notifications, and turn on all the switches.
Permissions
Go to Settings > Apps > Apps on your phone, select HUAWEI FamCare and HMS Core, touch Permissions, and turn on all the switches.
Setting background running protection
Go to Phone Manager > App launch > Manage manually and turn on the switches for Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background.
Setting background power consumption protection
Touch Settings on your phone, search for Battery optimization, touch ▼ in the upper left corner, select All apps, touch HUAWEI FamCare, and enable Don't allow.
Setting background cleanup protection
Touch the recent tasks key (usually the square key of the three virtual keys at the bottom of the screen) on your phone to display recent tasks, select the HUAWEI FamCare app, and lock it. (Note: Don't swipe up on the HUAWEI FamCare app on the recent tasks screen to clear it. Otherwise, you will not be able to receive messages from the watch in a timely manner.)
Setting mobile data protection
Go to Settings > Apps > HUAWEI FamCare > Mobile data on your phone and turn on all the switches.
