Problem

Cause

The printer has detected that the image processing memory is insufficient.

Solution

  1. Reduce the number of pages that you print each time.
  2. If error code C2 is displayed when using a mobile phone to print a large document, use the AI Life printer plug-in or a PC instead for printing.
  3. Restart the printer and try printing again.
