Error code E5 is displayed when my printer is working

Problem

Error code E5 is displayed when the printer is working.

Cause

The printer has detected that the motor of the scanning unit is abnormal.

Solution

1. Restart the printer and try again.

2. If the issue persists, escalate it to R&D personnel.
