Problem

Error code E2 is displayed when the printer is working.

Cause

The printer has detected that the memory allocated to the scanning unit is insufficient.

Solution

1. Reduce the number of pages that you scan each time.
2. If error code E2 is displayed when using a mobile phone to scan a large document, use a PC instead for scanning.
3. Restart the printer and try scanning again.
4. If the issue persists, escalate it to R&D personnel.
