Unable to view the version logs after an update

Ensure that the current and previous versions both support version logs, and the update is performed using HOTA. In other words, if the previous version does not support version logs, or is a minor system release, or was updated to the current version using local update mode, version logs will not display.

The version logs are recorded by the previous version in the flash memory, and retrieved by the current version. Therefore, display of version logs requires both the current and previous versions to support version logs.
