Perform the following to troubleshoot:
- Click the eye icon in the password field to show the entered password. Confirm that the password is correct, including the capitalization and special characters.
- If you have just removed the network cable from another router or computer, your broadband service provider's server may have not released the previous dial-up connection. In this case, wait for about 5 minutes and try again.
