When two routers are connected using HarmonyOS Mesh+ and placed with walls in between, the indicator on the secondary router is steady red |
If the indicator on the secondary router is steady red , the router is disconnected from the primary router.
- If the two routers were connected using HarmonyOS Mesh+ (by pressing the WPS/RESET、H or Hi) or the HUAWEI AI Life App, the disconnection may be caused by instable Wi-Fi signals. Try relocating the secondary router, ensuring that there is only one wall between the two routers.
- If the two routers were connected using a network cable, the disconnection may be caused by the network cable. Remove and then re-insert the network cable, or replace the network cable.
If your router is HUAWEI WiFi AX2, press the WPS/RESET button.
