[HUAWEI] Running ability index or training index is unavailable on my watch/band |
- Running ability index (RAI) and training index are only available for Outdoor run, Indoor run, and Trail run modes, as well as running courses. Note that HUAWEI Band 7 and HUAWEI WATCH FIT 2 do not support Trail run mode.
- RAI data is only available for workout sessions that last for over 12 minutes and when the user's heart rate is 75 beats per minute (bpm) or faster for trail runs or over 100 bpm for other exercises.
- Make sure that your watch/band is worn snugly, with its rear cover clean, dry, and not covered by any foreign objects.
- HUAWEI Band 7 and HUAWEI WATCH FIT 2: Training index isn't available on your watch/band. To view this data, open the Huawei Health app and go to Me > My data > Training index.
If this issue occurs, perform the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Update your watch/band and the Huawei Health app to their latest versions.
- Go to Huawei Health > Me > Privacy management and toggle on the switches for Sync personal info to cloud, Sync fitness data to cloud, and Sync health data to cloud.
- If your watch/band does not support independent GPS (such as HUAWEI Band 7), you'll need to link your watch/band to the Huawei Health app and take your phone with you for outdoor workouts, so that your phone's GPS can be used for trajectory recording. (Applicable only to phones running EMUI 5.0/iOS 9.0 or later.)
- Restart a workout session, wait until GPS positioning works properly, and then start running.
- If RAI or training index is still unavailable, pair your wearable device with your phone again, and then try again.
If none of the above resolved the problem, call the Huawei customer service hotline for further assistance.
Thanks for your feedback.
